The Magic Bar is inspired by the intimate traditions of Japan’s most exclusive magic bars in Tokyo and Ginza, where guests are seated around a bar counter and treated to mesmerising, close-up illusions. Here, magic unfolds mere inches away—elegant, immersive, and unforgettable. From Tuesday to Saturday, The Magic Bar showcases four distinct performances, each offering a unique encounter with world-class sleight of hand.

Established in 2023 by internationally acclaimed illusionist Alexander Yuen, The Magic Bar carries the spirit of Bar84, a prestigious Japanese magic bar where Alexander once performed between 2010 and 2011 at Robertson Quay, opening for its resident magician. After its closure, Alexander sought to revive the experience in collaboration with top cocktail bars, but the vision remained unrealised—until now. In 2023, he curated an experience of sophistication and wonder, bringing together world class magicians. Thus, The Magic Bar was born—Singapore’s premier destination where craft cocktails and world-class magic meet in perfect harmony.
